Warm Up Program

Wrist Circles

Rotate wrists in both directions.

Tendon Glide

○ With hands out to your sides, palms open, elbows bent:
○ Curl your fingertips to your palm. Return to open position.
○ Bend fingers to cover palm. Return to open position.
○ Make a fist. Return to open position

Side Steps

○ Start feet together with knees slightly bent, and step out to one side and bring feet together, and then back to where you started.
○ Repeat other side.

Marching

○ Lift one knee and touch opposite hand to knee
○ Alternate sides.
